My plated dinner services give you an elevated culinary experience without the long waits of a traditional restaurant experience. I have two menu’s to choose from TACOS and Pasta. Which also includes a pairing of traditionally paired libations.
BUFFET SERVICES
HAND MADE PASTA
Enjoy three kinds of hand made pasta Angel hair, Fettuccine, and Gnocchi. This comes with three types of sauces Pesto, Alfredo, and Marinara. Hand cut bruschetta served along side perfectly toasted baguettes, and hand shredded Parmesan cheese.
TACO OBSESSED
A beautiful display of tacos delights. This menu is very popular because of the festive food and party that goes into our taco buffets. We have authentic tacos of carne asada STEAK , CHICKEN, and AL PASTOR meat choices and topped with cilantro, onions, and avocado salsa. Our included fountain of cheese dip with chips makes every event even more special.
